Information we handle

When you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, project location, brief, budget, drawings and correspondence. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Website requests also involve technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times. Hosting and service providers may process this information in connection with delivering and securing the website. Authorised studio accounts use login and session information to access the management area.

Purposes & legal grounds

We use enquiry and project information to respond to questions, understand a brief, prepare proposals, coordinate agreed services and communicate with clients and consultants. These activities support steps requested before a contract and the performance of a contract.

Operating and protecting the website, managing correspondence and establishing or defending legal claims may rely on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Records required by law are handled to meet legal obligations. Where processing requires consent, that consent must be obtained for the relevant purpose and may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Cookies & browser settings

The website uses session functionality for security, sign-in and preferences such as your selected language. Session and request-security cookies support these functions. Blocking or deleting them through your browser may affect sign-in, language preferences or other features.

Embedded third-party content may involve its own cookies or similar technologies. This notice does not itself grant consent to optional tracking. You can manage site data and third-party cookies in your browser settings; provider controls may offer additional choices.

Maps, fonts & external services

The contact page embeds Google Maps, and website fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Loading these resources sends technical information, including your IP address and browser request details, to Google. The embedded map can load when it approaches the visible part of the page. See Google's privacy policy for its processing practices and controls.

Other project maps use map tiles from OpenStreetMap and, when terrain is selected, OpenTopoMap. Those requests are sent to the relevant tile provider. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy and OpenTopoMap information.

If you follow a social media or other external link, the destination's own terms and privacy policy apply. NEOMA does not control those services. You can contact the studio by telephone or email if you prefer not to use an embedded map or social platform.

Sharing & international processing

Information may be handled by hosting, email and technical service providers as necessary to operate the site and communicate with you. For an agreed project, relevant information may also be shared with engineering consultants, contractors or professional advisers involved in that work. Disclosure may be required to meet legal obligations or protect legal rights.

External providers may process data outside Kosovo. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards depend on the provider and processing involved. Contact the studio for information about providers, recipients and safeguards relevant to your enquiry or project.

Retention & security

Information should be kept only for as long as needed for its purpose, including handling an enquiry, providing agreed services, meeting record-keeping duties and resolving disputes. The relevant period depends on the record, contractual commitments and applicable legal requirements. You may ask the studio for the retention criteria that apply to your records.

Access controls and appropriate technical and organisational measures help protect information. No website, email system or internet transmission can guarantee absolute security. If you have a confidentiality concern about project materials, contact us to agree how to share them before sending them.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access to your information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and may object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights have legal conditions and exceptions.

Send requests to info@neoma-architecture.com, explaining your request and how we can respond. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. Requests will be handled within the applicable legal time limits.

You may also raise a concern with Kosovo's Information and Privacy Agency or another competent supervisory authority. Kosovo's Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data provides the local legal framework.

Children's information

This website presents professional architectural services and is not directed at children. Please contact the studio if you believe a child has supplied personal information that should be reviewed or removed.
